The Nutty Maple is where everything started. This is the original MuffinElse muffin. It has just the right balance of maple syrup and walnuts. Its flavor is right yet gives you enough room to customize it to your preference. Some fans tell us that spreading almond butter on top just when it's out of the microwave makes it heavenly.

Keeping a Paleo diet is a challenge. Even more when trying to make meal plans for a family and survive throughout the day without falling for the temptations that are all around. After trying everything on the market, Shira decided to give it a try and make her own special treat.
