    We've made these mixes and they are excellent. They are not difficult to make and certainly less time consuming than trying to formulate a recipe yourself! If you can't eat eggs, you can substitute ground flaxseeds (mixed with hot water) as recommended by Simple Mills. You can also use chia seeds if you don't have flax seeds.
