Mikey’s Muffins are a paleo friendly, low calorie, multi-purpose english muffin for those who cannot or choose not to eat gluten, dairy, soy, or grain products. By utilizing almonds for their rich flavor and incredible versatility, we were able to create a tastable english muffin with great taste and texture that fits all of our criteria. At Mikey's Muffins we believe that we have broken the mold and given people with certain food allergies or health restrictions a delicious option to reintroduce a clean bread product in their daily lives.

Mikey's Muffins are delicious right out of the toaster but for added variety use Mikey's Muffins to create delicious Paleo/low-carb sandwiches. They are also great with all natural almond butter, making them the ideal breakfast or snack.

Finally a great tasting paleo muffin, you can toast these extra crispy to get an english muffin feel or less for more of a doughy bread quality. The vendor suggests using a broiler to get the most english muffin like qualities.
